Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop sales strategies and execute them effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare reports and track sales performance.

Requirements:

• Proven sales or leadership experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English and regional languages is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
