Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of daily sales and performance targets, utilizing all available store tools to meet or exceed expectations. - Deliver a premium customer experience by adhering to PUMA's service standards. - Act as a true Brand Ambassador by reflecting PUMA's attitude, values, and energy while engaging with customers. - Confidently share product knowledge during customer interactions, effectively communicating features, benefits, and unique selling points. - Stay updated on seasonal collections and integrate this knowledge into every customer conversation. - Ensure accurate and swift billing, proficient cash handling, and POS operations. - Assist in stock receiving, inventory organization, and shop floor replenishment. - Maintain visual standards and in-store communication displays according to brand guidelines. - Support in minimizing shrinkage by following operational and security protocols. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. - Participate in all designated training programs to enhance customer engagement and sales skills. - Proactively seek feedback and learning opportunities to foster personal growth in your role. Qualification Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Experience: 1 year in Fashion retail - Language: Proficiency in Malayalam Gross salary: Rs. 18,942 per month (Take-Home approx.
