Job Description

As a Receptionist at Saraswati College of Pharmacy in Gharuan, Mohali, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for students, faculty, and visitors at the university's front office. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting individuals with professionalism, managing incoming calls, coordinating front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and providing information about university programs and events. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in basic administrative tasks, maintain office supplies, and ensure that the reception area is organized and well-equipped. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk position, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality are essential qualities for this position. Experience in educational institutions will be considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The working schedule involves day and morning shifts, with English language proficiency being preferred for effective communication.
