Roles and Responsibilities

Academics form the foundation of knowledge, equipping individuals with critical skills and the ability to analyze and solve complex problems. It serves as a pathway to personal growth, career opportunities, and societal progress

Student Welfare and Discipline:

As the Headmistress, Student Welfare should be prioritized above everything else, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment for their growth and development. The goal of a headmistress should be to empower each student to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally

Infrastructure & Inventory

As the headmistress, extending utmost importance to maintaining infrastructure and inventory within the educational institute is expected. Infrastructure refers to physical facilities, such as buildings, classrooms, libraries, laboratories, and playgrounds that form the backbone of our school

Parent Counselling & Outreach

· Maintain positive relationships with influential parents and the community, including government officials and educational organizations.

· Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on school activities, events, and accomplishments.

Staff Development and Evaluation:

· Provide opportunities for professional development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the teaching and administrative staff.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support staff growth.

· Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, encouraging staff to share best practices and innovative teaching strategies.

Disciplinary Rules

The Headmistress diligently upholds discipline, ensuring a conducive learning environment through consistent enforcement of rules and guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
