Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Executive to handle filing, documentation, and general office coordination. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of managing records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems
  • Organize, update, and retrieve documents, files, and records
  • Handle documentation for office and project-related records
  • Prepare and maintain reports, registers, and data sheets
  • Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and submission
  • Assist in office administration and daily clerical work
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents, emails, and courier records
  • Support seniors with documentation and office coordination tasks
