Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
• Design Development: Creating building designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models, using both traditional and digital tools like CAD software.
• Technical Documentation: Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and other construction documents.
• Project Management: Overseeing the construction process, ensuring adherence to plans, and managing budgets and timelines.
• Collaboration: Working with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Compliance: Ensuring designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Site Visits: Conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues during construction.
• Presentations: Presenting design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
