Job Description

Record keeping : Responsible for maintaining office filling and recordkeeping of students, enters, edits and retrieves data; ensure all students files are kept updated tidy and good in order, confidential files and other related information. DOCUMENT PREPARATION : Uses a computer to produce letters, memos and agendas from straight copy, rough draft or oral instructions, completes forms, requisitions and other documents. COMMUNICATION / CUSTOMER SERVICE : Answers and routes telephone calls, conveys information both orally and in writing; answers inquiries from parents, staff, students and other clients regarding institution rules, regulations, policies and procedure, act as office receptionist greeting and directing visitors; provide materials like forms, files etc to staffs, and inmates requests for information when a required. Sends and receives faxes and e-mails, redirects mail, Maintain a clean and organized office space. Sending the bills to the concern person. Operates standard office equipment like fax and Photostat. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive material and information. Staff support : Coordinates and prepares for meetings and special events by assisting with registrations, confirmation and arranging the necessary equipments for practical duplicates, sorts and distribute various documents.
