Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher who loves working with young children and is dedicated to creating a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the early development of children and be their first guide in the exciting world of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3 to 6.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning through play-based and experiential teaching methods.
• Observe and assess student progress regularly, and maintain documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Uphold the values and vision of Birla Open Minds School in all interactions with children and families.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or pre-primary setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed. in Nursery/Primary Education, or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Deep understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Patience, creativity, and a warm, caring attitude towards young learners.
• Familiarity with activity-based, thematic, or Montessori-style teaching is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹39,148.58 per month
