Key Responsibilities: Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3 to 6. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning through play-based and experiential teaching methods. Observe and assess student progress regularly, and maintain documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and feedback. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or pre-primary setting. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed. in Nursery/Primary Education, or equivalent. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Deep understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies. Patience, creativity, and a warm, caring attitude towards young learners.
