• Deliver an effective ,pleasant & professional communication to the patients/bystanders.
• Taking care of the visa/passport and travel itinerary of the international patients.
• Collections copies of passport ,visa,form C of international patients at the time of admission .
• Timely coordination of patient updates (such as registration ,admission,transfer,procedure updates,discharge) to supervisor.
• Detailing patients /cash collection/billing is followed as per the SOP.
• Ensure the patients are being directed correctly to various departments/nursing stations.
• Managing the patient crowed.
• Reduce patients waiting time (TAT).
• Directs patients to the respective OPDs,Laboratory,Radilogy,Pharmacy,etc based on the doctors advice if required.
• Ensure that the communications are passed effectively to the patients/bystanders and inter departments.
• Positive contributions in patients satisfaction index.
• Preparing CQi reports pertaining to Arabic patients visits/operations.
• ·Will perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Only females can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,153.94 - ₹31,155.63 per month
