As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of both professional and personal tasks. Your exceptional organizational skills and dedication will contribute significantly to the efficiency of operations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct executive support to the Managing Director by handling professional and personal tasks efficiently. - Utilize your technical proficiency in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel for reporting and tracking, and Word for documentation. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders. - Exhibit exceptional organizational skills with a keen ability to anticipate needs and independently manage tasks. - Show flexibility by being willing to take on a reasonable scope of personal and administrative tasks for the Director as needed. - Maintain job stability and commit to a long-term role, showcasing integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of your work. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in a direct executive support role, such as Executive Assistant or Secretary, reporting to a senior executive like a Managing Director or CEO. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. - Good command of English for effective communication. - Exceptional organizational and task management skills. - Willingness to handle a range of personal and administrative tasks. - Demonstrate job stability and a long-term commitment to the role. - Uphold integrity and maintain confidentiality at all times. Overall, your role as an Executive Assistant will be crucial in supporting the Managing Director and ensuring the efficient functioning of daily operations.
