Female- Customer Service Representative

Role & responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Female -Customer Service Representative at The Haelli in Gurgaon. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis through calls, wats app texts, and resolving product and order related queries on different social media platforms

Preferred candidate profile:

• Only Female candidates will be called for further interview process.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
• Experience in attending customers queries through WhatsApp chat, Instagram messages, Facebook messages.
• Experience in Email and Chat Support is as plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
