Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Counselor located in Varanasi. The Female Counselor will be responsible for guiding and assisting students in their educational and career path, addressing their queries, and providing support in the test preparation process. The counselor will conduct mentoring sessions, provide resource materials, and develop personalized plans to help students achieve their career goals. The role also involves interacting with parents and teachers to ensure a consistent support system for the students.
