We are seeking a female Coordinator to work closely with Management and provide professional support in scheduling, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage Management’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
● Act as a communication link between Management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
● Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
● Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of Management.
● Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business matters.
● Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and official documents.
● Ensure smooth coordination of client visits, events, and business meetings.
● Provide general administrative and organizational support as required.
Requirements
● Female candidate preferred.
● Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Professional, confident, and well-presented personality.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
