JobTitle: Lawyer (Female)– Real Estate

Location: The Real Estate Hub G-12, Empire State Building,Near Udhna Darwaja, Ring

Road, Surat-395002.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Lawyer to handle all legal aspects of property

registration, legal documentation, and compliance for our growing real estate business. This

individual will be responsible for ensuring the legality and smooth processing of property

transactions, managing legal documentation, and ensuring full compliance with local, state,

and federal laws. The role requires a deep understanding of real estate law, strong attention to

detail, and the ability to mitigate legal risks associated with property deals. You will work

closely with internal teams and clients, providing legal advice and guidance, drafting and

reviewing contracts, and ensuring all property transactions adhere to legal requirements. This

is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced lawyer to play a key role in the

success and expansion of our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle legal matters related to Non-Agricultural (NA) land conversions, property

titles, and compliance.

● Draft and review legal documents, agreements, sale deeds, and rent agreements.

● Visit government offices, collect and verify legal documents, and coordinate with

land revenue and property registration departments.

● Ensure all legal paperwork is accurate, complete, and filed within deadlines.

● Provide legal advice on property matters, disputes, and ownership issues.

● Be willing to travel to sites, registrar offices, and government departments as

required.

● Maintain records and follow up on legal cases, notices, and updates.

● Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for legal coordination.

Qualifications:

● Education: A degree in Law (LL.B.) and admission to the Bar.

● Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate law, including property

registration, legal documentation, and compliance. Experience working with real

estate developers or businesses is a plus.

Knowledge:

● Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property rights, land registration procedures,

and local compliance regulations.

● Familiarity with relevant property-related legal frameworks, including leasing,

zoning, and title transfers.

● Expertise in drafting legal agreements and conducting legal research.

Skills:

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle complex legal documents.

● Ability to identify legal risks and offer solutions to mitigate them.

● Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.), and legal research tools.

Job Type:

Full-Time: (9:30 am -6:00 pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
