Female Accounts Executive (Experienced Only)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, self-learner Female Accounts Executive who can handle office work independently with accuracy and professionalism. The candidate must be confident, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a tax consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records
• Handle Tally Prime independently
• Prepare and verify GST working, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B data
• Assist in Income Tax computation & return filing
• Manage client follow-ups, document handling & office coordination
• Reconciliation of bank, purchase, sales & ledgers
• Maintain proper filing of vouchers, invoices, challans & compliance records

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, and Income Tax basics
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to manage office responsibilities independently
• Quick learner and self-driven
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to handle deadlines and multitasking

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only
• Local candidates preferred (Anand & nearby areas)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• B.Com / M.Com mandatory
• Freshers will NOT be considered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
