Job Description – Field Marketing Executive (Hospital)

The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services, building relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and communities, and driving patient footfall through on-ground marketing activities. The role involves field visits, brand awareness, lead generation, and supporting the hospital’s business development goals.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies to promote hospital services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors and healthcare providers.
  • Engage with corporates, schools, and community organizations for tie-ups and health camps.
  • Collect and maintain referral data for patient conversions.

2. Marketing & Promotion

  • Execute hospital marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities in the field.
  • Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials.
  • Organize health camps, medical awareness programs, and wellness check-up drives.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and suggest strategies for patient acquisition.

3. Branding & Awareness

  • Increase hospital brand visibility in the local community.
  • Ensure hospital branding at partner clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers.
  • Collect market intelligence about competitor hospitals and their activities.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate leads from field visits and follow up for conversion.
  • Track and report patient inflow from referral sources.
  • Support in achieving hospital revenue targets through marketing activities.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and submit to the marketing manager.
  • Coordinate with the hospital management team for campaign execution.
  • Maintain proper documentation of marketing activities and expenses.

  • Good knowledge of healthcare marketing and hospital services.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
