Ensure 100% availability of machines with 100% adherence to the Preventive Maintenance Schedules Responsibilities & Accountabilities Performing the activities as per the given preventive checklists. Monitoring the moving parts on daily basis for signs of excessive wear , defects & damage. Lubrication of machines Adhere Basic 5S and keeping the work place, tools, spares clean Disposing of waste materials, oils, waste, etc as per ISO standards. Attending the Machine Break downs both electrical and mechanical Servicing of Equipments(Ex,Motors,Pneumatic cylinders,Hoists,Belt conveyors,Gears) Adhering to preventive maintenance schedule & CLIR checklist Adhering the safety norms,work permits and to wear appropriate PPE's at workplace Identification and rectification of Near miss and unsafe condition Create and closing of work orders for respective shift maintenance activities Providing details of spares requirement to reporting person Attending Preventive and breakdown maintenance in EOT cranes , Forklift trucks and pallet trucks
