1. Fraud Prevention, Detection & Investigation of Internal / External & Whistle Blower Cases.
2. Conduct in-depth investigations into suspected fraudulent activities across different LOBs and distribution channels.
3. Collect, verify and analyze evidence & prepare investigation reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
4.  Expert in MS Excel & Power BI.
5. Leverage data analytics tools to identify high risk areas.
6.  Engage with law enforcement agencies, surveyors, lawyers and external investigators.
7.  Implement the fraud risk management framework in line with IRDAI guidelines.
8. Identify and monitor fraud-prone areas and develop red flag indicators for proactive detection.
9. Recommend system enhancements and process improvements to mitigate fraud risks.
10. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting.
11. Ensure compliance with IRDAIs Fraud Monitoring Framework (2025) and other regulatory directives.
12. Prepare and submit quarterly and annual fraud reports to IRDAI and senior management.

Competencies

1. Knowledge of General Insurance.
2. Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
3. Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and industry best practices for fraud control.
4. Liasoning with Law Enforcement Agencies.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, data analytics tools, and fraud monitoring systems.
