Ability to handle pressure situations. Degree or Diploma holder in Hotel Management from a reputed institute. Minimum 3 years of Experience as Captain or 5 years as Senior Waiter in a reputed 4 or 5 star property. Strong customer handling skills. Ability to multitask. Should be a strong team player. Hands on experience in billing software especially Petpooja.
