Captain **Job Description:** The Captain oversees the service of guests in their designated section, ensuring that all guests are well-attended to. They ensure that the service runs smoothly and assist in the training of stewards. **Responsibilities and Duties:** - Supervise service in the assigned section. - Take orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen. - Ensure that food and beverages are served promptly. - Attend to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction. - Train and mentor stewards. - Ensure that the section is clean and properly set up. - Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
