F&B Service Associate

Job Summary:

The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food & beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with the service standards of the hotel/restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and escort them to tables.
• Present menus, take food & beverage orders, and serve them promptly.
• Ensure tables are properly set up before and after service.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on menu items, ingredients, and specials.
• Upsell food & beverage items to maximize revenue.
• Handle guest complaints politely and inform supervisors when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and bartenders for smooth service.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
• Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
