Salary Range: ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 60,000 per month
Reports To: Directors

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented F&B Operations Executive to oversee and streamline daily operations across our QuQu Café outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, maintain high-quality standards, and support the brand’s vision for growth and consistency.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily café and restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate with kitchen, service, and procurement teams for seamless workflow.

· Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.

· Assist in training and supervision of staff to maintain service and hygiene standards.

· Review daily sales and operational reports; assist management with data-driven insights.

· Support new outlet setups, audits, and compliance with FSSAI and local regulations.

· Manage cost control, wastage, and operational budgets.

· Work closely with marketing teams for promotions and events.

· Ensure all operational SOPs are followed and updated periodically.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations (café or restaurant experience preferred).

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and lead a team effectively.

· Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
