Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery to guests.
Supervise a team of associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Conduct inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Analyze financial performance metrics such as revenue growth, profitability, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
