F&B Associates / Customer Service Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Associates / Customer Service Executive to join our team for upcoming outlet (Chayoos) in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly attitude
• Prepare beverages (tea/coffee) and quick-service food items as per Chaayos standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet
• Assist in billing and cash/card transactions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures

Requirement

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of food service operations
• Ability to work in shifts
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-centric approach
• 6 days working
