F&B Associate : Resort

Job Summary:

The F&B Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in the resort’s restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquet areas. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to seating areas.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and deliver food & beverages in a timely manner.
• Provide personalized service based on guest preferences.
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and promptly.

2. Service Operations

• Set up restaurant sections, tables, and buffets as per resort standards.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Serve food and beverages following proper hygiene and presentation standards.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Communicate special requests, dietary requirements, and allergies to relevant departments.
• Work as part of a team to deliver seamless service.

4. Billing & Cash Handling

• Present checks/bills and assist guests with payments.
• Operate POS systems accurately.
• Handle cash/credit transactions as per resort policies.

5. Hygiene & Safety

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI / HACCP).
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, cutlery, and glassware.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.

6. Resort Experience Enhancement

• Promote ongoing resort offers, events, and signature dishes.
• Upsell food, beverages, and premium experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Support banquet events, poolside service, and in-room dining as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
