Job Title: Food & Beverage Associate

The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests by providing a warm welcome, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables or service areas.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and answer guests’ questions about food and beverage offerings.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally in accordance with service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during service and addressing requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Set up and clear tables, restock cutlery, glassware, and linens as required.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Support special events, banquets, or buffet operations as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
