FASTAG Team Leader

IDFC First Bank though their Channel Partner Driveway Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to lead our growth strategy in the Namakal Transport market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fastag Expertise: Experience in the Fastag industry
• Industry Network: Extensive and verifiable contacts within the transport industry and commercial vehicle dealerships
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team to achieve regional objectives.
• Sales Acumen: Strong proficiency in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and account management.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Maharashtra Commercial Transport industry market, including key transport hubs, trade routes, and dealership locations.
