Required Skills and Qualifications: Fastag Expertise: Experience in the Fastag industry Industry Network: Extensive and verifiable contacts within the transport industry and commercial vehicle dealerships Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team to achieve regional objectives. Sales Acumen: Strong proficiency in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and account management. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong business relationships. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Maharashtra Commercial Transport industry market, including key transport hubs, trade routes, and dealership locations.
