As a Stylist at The Indian Garage Co., you will play a crucial role in bringing the brand's creative vision to life through campaign shoots, product styling, social media, influencer content, and in-store visuals. Your keen eye for detail and strong sense of style will be paramount in shaping the brand's visual identity across various platforms. - **Style Brand Shoots:** Curate cohesive looks for campaigns, reels, product shoots, founder videos, and influencer content - **Build Lookbooks & Guides:** Develop styling references, moodboards, and lookbooks aligned with the brand's RTBs and product focus - **Trend Mapping:** Stay updated on fashion and culture trends to translate them into relevant styling directions - **Shoot Planning:** Collaborate with the brand team to select products, source accessories, coordinate fittings, and prepare garments - **Collaborate with Creatives:** Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, and editors to bring brand stories to life - **Support Influencer Content:** Provide styling guidance to influencers/creators for consistent brand look and feel - **Maintain Product Aesthetics:** Ensure garments are styled in flattering and trend-appropriate ways, highlighting brand USP - **On-ground Support:** Ensure styling excellence and brand consistency at shoots, events, and pop-ups - **Qualifications Required:** - 1-2 years of styling experience in fashion, media, or lifestyle brands - Strong knowledge of menswear trends, silhouettes, and styling techniques - Experience in campaign, e-commerce, or editorial shoots - Familiarity with fast-paced D2C or agency environments - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Confidence in working with models, influencers, and founders on-set - Basic understanding of visual storytelling and digital content formats - Portfolio showcasing previous styling work (campaigns, editorials, reels, etc.) Join The Indian Garage Co., a leading brand in men's casual wear, started in 2012.
