Fashion Projects Assistant/Admin

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and well-organized Fashion Shoot & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day activities related to fashion shoots, managing our model database, and providing essential administrative support. You also need to be in touch with fashion designers and provide them support. Key Responsibilities Model Management Build and maintain an up-to-date database of models with contact information, availability, portfolios, and rates. Communicate with models for upcoming projects, availability, and shoot confirmations. Fashion Shoot Coordination Plan, schedule, and coordinate fashion shoots in collaboration with designers and models. Understand designers’ requirements and match them with appropriate models. Ensure smooth execution of each shoot, including pre-shoot coordination and on-site assistance. Administrative Support Maintain organized records of shoots, model engagements, designer briefs, and outcomes. Assist in day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth studio operations. Social Media & Marketing Support (Optional but Preferred) Assist in managing our social media pages with behind-the-scenes content, designer highlights, and model promotions. Support basic digital marketing initiatives to increase visibility of designer collections and shoots. Requirements Must be available for office-based work, Monday to Friday . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization and multitasking abilities. A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks. Basic knowledge of social media or digital marketing is a plus (not mandatory). Interest or background in fashion is highly desirable. Why Join ShopFashionly?
