You will be responsible for coordinating with junior Merchants, Surat and Mill incharges to ensure daily updates. Tracking and managing product approvals at different stages to ensure alignment with client requirements with an accuracy rate of 95% or higher is crucial. Managing product sampling and sourcing operations to ensure timely receipt of over 95% of samples is also part of the role. You will be required to handle all correspondence through emails with 100% accountability and traceability of communication. Ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained before order execution to maintain 100% compliance is essential. Collaboration with the production team is necessary to ensure smooth order execution. Additionally, conducting regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings will be expected. These insights will be utilized to shape operational strategies. Participation in key industry events to build relationships and showcase the company's offerings is also part of the responsibilities.
