About Us

We’re a new and ambitious men’s casual wear brand focused on creating clean, wearable essentials for modern lifestyles — from premium T-shirts and polos to joggers and versatile everyday fits. Our mission is to blend comfort, functionality, and subtle style, building a brand that resonates with men who want to look good without trying too hard.

We’re currently looking for a Junior Fashion Designer with a great eye for design, a strong understanding of casualwear trends, and a passion for creating garments people genuinely love to wear.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of men’s casualwear products including T-shirts, polos, joggers, sweatshirts, and more
• Translate mood boards and trend research into design concepts and tech packs
• Create detailed sketches, CADs, and spec sheets for sampling
• Work with manufacturers and pattern makers to ensure product quality and fit
• Participate in fittings and revisions to refine designs
• Stay up-to-date on streetwear, loungewear, and global casualwear trends
• Collaborate with the founder/creative lead on seasonal themes and drops

Ideal Candidate

• A degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field (or strong portfolio in lieu of formal education)
• 0–2 years experience (internships or freelance work counts!)
• Strong sketching and illustration skills – by hand or digital (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop a plus)
• Passion for men's fashion, especially in the casual/streetwear/lifestyle space
• Understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and technical specs
• Excellent communication and willingness to learn and grow
• Bonus: Familiarity with sustainable design practices or material sourcing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
