Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer located in Karur. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing, creating, and developing fashion concepts and collections, ensuring these align with the company’s vision and target audience. Responsibilities include creating sketches, working with embroidery and textile designs, perfecting fittings, and overseeing the production process to ensure quality and standards are met. Collaboration with the production team and staying updated on current fashion trends are also integral aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Fashion Design and knowledge of contemporary fashion trends
• Proficiency in Embroidery and Textiles, with a focus on quality and creativity
• Experience in fittings and ensuring proper garment construction
• Strong visualization and sketching abilities
• Attention to detail with an ability to handle production and design projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Formal education or certification in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
