Fashion Designer - Product

Seeking a Dynamic Product Designer for a D2C brand based out of Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and perfect patterns for new styles within the

  innerwear

  range.
• Conduct

  fit trials

  , record feedback, and drive improvements across sampling rounds
• Maintain

  fit blocks, grade rules

  , and standard measurement charts.
• Collaborate closely with

  sampling, QC, and category planning teams

  to achieve accurate fit and timely sample readiness.
• Stay updated on the

  latest fabric innovations, trims, and construction techniques

  in innerwear and essential categories.
• Benchmark market and competitor products to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain documentation — tech packs, fit logs, and pattern archives.

Job Requirements

• NIFT-trained with a strong understanding of

  pattern making, garment construction, and fit analysis

  .
• 2–7 years’ experience in

  innerwear or loungewear preferably

• Strong technical grounding in

  knit fabrics

  and stretch-based products.
• Experience collaborating with sampling units and QC.
• Proficiency in

  CAD

  preferred.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about innovation.
