We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer Womenswear to develop trend-forward, commercially viable collections that reflect the brands aesthetic and vision. The role requires strong design sensibility, excellent understanding of cuts and fabric, and the ability to take a collection from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trend research and develop seasonal mood boards and design references
• Conceptualize and design cohesive collections with a clear story and aesthetic
• Develop sketches and 3D illustrations for proposed and final designs
• Source fabrics and trims in collaboration with vendors and suppliers
• Oversee sample development and ensure accuracy in fit, construction, and finish
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are scalable and ready for market
• Assist in brand campaigns, photoshoots, and other styling requirements
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and target audience

Requirements

• 46 years of experience in womenswear design
• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of fabric sourcing, garment construction, and pattern making
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D (mandatory)
• A sharp design eye with strong visualization and storytelling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage timelines effectively
• Commercial awareness and a balance between creativity and functionality
