Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Fashion Design:

Conceptualize and design new collections in line with brand aesthetics — focusing on bridal, festive, and trousseau wear.
Research upcoming trends, fabrics, colors, and embroidery styles suitable for the Indian ethnic segment.
Develop detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical sheets for sampling.
Coordinate with the production and embroidery teams to ensure quality and design accuracy.
Manage fittings, alterations, and final approvals for samples and custom orders.
Maintain organized design archives and collection records.
Support catalog and campaign shoots with styling and design insights.

Public Relations & Brand Communication:

Act as the brand representative for media, stylists, and influencer collaborations.
Draft press releases, brand notes, and collection stories for fashion media.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, stylists, and fashion editors.
Coordinate media features, interviews, and event participation (fashion shows, exhibitions, etc.).
Oversee brand image and tone across all PR and marketing communications.
Manage social media communication in alignment with ongoing campaigns and launches.
Assist in organizing brand events, client previews, and collection showcases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,760.17 - ₹20,000.00 per month
