Role Overview: As a Fashion Designer for ethnic wear at BMS Bridal and BMS Fashion, you will be an integral part of a growing fashion brand dedicated to creating stylish, trendy, and high-quality apparel that appeals to modern customers. Your role will involve developing design concepts, conducting research on fashion trends, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring that designs align with customer preferences. You will have the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas to our upcoming collections and play a key role in the creative process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts, mood boards, and sketches that reflect the brand's aesthetics. - Research fashion trends, fabrics, prints, and color palettes to stay relevant in the market. - Collaborate with the production team to select fabrics, trims, and accessories for the designs. - Prepare technical drawings, size specifications, and detailed design sheets for manufacturers. - Work closely with the merchandising and marketing team to ensure designs meet customer needs. - Assist in photoshoots, sample development, and quality checks to maintain product standards. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a focus on ethnic wear for men and women. - Strong knowledge of design concepts, fabric selection, and garment construction. - Proficiency in sketching, mood boards, and design software. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to stay updated on fashion trends and market demands. - Prior experience in photoshoots, sample development, and quality control processes is a plus.
