Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized assistance
  • Provide an excellent shopping environment to customers and generate maximum business results
  • Guide and recommend clothes to customers matching their personality
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Coordinate trials within optimum timelines to ensure timely delivery and incorporate suggested corrections
  • Ensure the layout of the store and merchandising display is in exquisite condition to foster customer satisfaction
  • Punch sales orders on ERP as soon as they are placed
  • Update, follow up, and manage the order delivery schedule as per the timeline
