Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused, style-savvy Fashion Consultant to drive in-store apparel sales. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, offering professional styling advice, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide personalized assistance in choosing apparel and accessories.
Offer tailored styling suggestions based on trends, body type, and individual preferences.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, product displays, and visual merchandising.
Process sales transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale (POS) operations.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay informed about current fashion trends and product assortment.

Skills & Requirements

Strong interest in fashion, styling, and delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales reporting.
Previous retail or personal-styling experience (1+ year) preferred.
