About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Apparel Consultant to join our team for an international luxury apparel brand. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in luxury retail, with a passion for styling, customer service, and driving sales while maintaining the highest brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding client needs and offering personalized styling suggestions.
• Drive sales by engaging customers, building relationships, and achieving individual & store targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collections, seasonal trends, and product details.
• Ensure the store reflects the brand’s luxury standards in terms of visual merchandising and customer engagement.
• Manage customer queries, resolve issues professionally, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Build a loyal client base through excellent after-sales service and clienteling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury fashion, apparel, or bags brand (retail sector).
• Strong passion for fashion, styling, and luxury customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Professional, polished appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.
