We’re Hiring: Full-Time Farm Manager – Bandhavgarh, MP Location: PlantBro Farm, Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve, Umaria (484661) Are you someone who thrives in the open fields, values real farming over glossy greenhouses, and doesn’t mind a bit of sweat in the sun? PlantBro Life Sciences is hiring a full-time Farm Manager to oversee operations at our open-field farm nestled deep inside the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. Life here isn’t for everyone—it’s like living in the 90s, 20 km away from the nearest town (Umaria). It’s rural, raw, and real. What we expect from you: • Solid understanding of farm basics: drip, mulch, beds, staking, acreage, IPM, fertigation, land prep, and tractors. • Expertise in drip irrigation systems, their mechanics, and nutrient schedules (especially NPK types). • Ability to manage tribal female laborers and lead by example. • Comfortable riding a bike and operating a car, pickup, or tractor (vehicles provided). • Clear sense of how farm workflows unfold—what comes first, and what’s next. • Some knowledge in vegetable and medicinal plant production. • Fluency in spotting early-stage plant diseases.
