Job Description

To maximize profits across your 58-acre farm and 15-acre orchard (mango, guava, gooseberry), a strategic and autonomous approach is key. You'll have full freedom to innovate with new crops, optimizing for market demand and local conditions. This includes introducing high-value alternatives or complementary crops that can thrive in Konch's climate, ensuring maximum yield and revenue per acre. Critically, you'll also have complete autonomy to manage labor dynamically, increasing or decreasing workforce as needed to ensure peak efficiency during crucial planting, growing, and harvesting seasons, thereby controlling operational costs effectively. Since year-round on-site presence isn't mandatory, your focus will be on delivering strong results through smart agricultural practices and efficient resource management. This means implementing sustainable farming methods, leveraging technology where beneficial, and rigorously analyzing market trends to make informed decisions. Your success will be measured by the consistent profitability and growth of both the farm and the orchard, proving that strategic, well-executed work, not just constant presence, drives superior outcomes.
