Job Profile: We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Organic Farm Manager to handle our agriculture and farming operations in Amritsar. The Farm Manager will oversee daily farming activities, ensure compliance with organic certification standards, and lead the team towards sustainable agricultural growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage crop planning, soil health, and implement organic farming and sustainable agriculture practices.
• Develop seasonal schedules for planting and harvesting.
• Monitor pests and diseases, and use organic-approved control methods for the farm.
• Maintain agricultural equipment, irrigation systems, and farm infrastructure.
• Handle budgeting, purchasing, and expense management for farm and agriculture operations.
• Lead and train farm workers/farmers, ensuring productivity and safety.
• Continuously improve farming and agriculture techniques for better yield and sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in farming, agriculture, or as a farm manager.
• Knowledge of organic certification, sustainable farming, and agricultural machinery.
• Must have managerial skills to manage the labour staff.
• Must know basic Computers and MS Office.

Location: Village Khankot, Amritsar
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC
Working Hours: 9 hours (including lunch break)
