Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Business Consultant based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Family Business Consultant will work closely with family enterprises to provide tailored consulting services, including strategic planning, succession planning, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include analyzing family business dynamics, developing management strategies, and facilitating communication among family members. Some work from home is also acceptable.

Qualifications

Experience of working with Family Businesses for more than 7 years

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Expertise in OD Consulting and Management Consulting
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective facilitation and mediation
• Experience in working with family-owned businesses is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Masters degree in Family Business Advising, Business, Finance, Business Law, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field
