Job Description You will be joining WESTIN COLLEGE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT as a Faculty in Rooms Division at their Hyderabad branch. Your main responsibilities will include creating content for modules in the curriculum of Osmania University, delivering them to students in an interactive manner, assessing student performance, providing guidance on industry best practices, and helping students excel in the Rooms Division department. Key Responsibilities - Create engaging and informative content for modules in the curriculum - Deliver lectures and training sessions to students - Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback - Counsel and guide students on industry best practices - Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team environment Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field - Experience in Rooms Division operations, specifically in Front Office and/or Housekeeping - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team - Training and Teaching experience is considered an advantage - Dedication to empowering students in the Hospitality Industry,
