FACULTY IN HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION

We are seeking qualified and motivated Hospital Administration Faculty with a science background and post-graduation to join our academic team. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to academic development in the field of hospital and healthcare administration.

Responsibilities:

The faculty member will be responsible for delivering lectures in hospital administration and related subjects, preparing lesson plans, study materials, and assessments, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to students. The role includes mentoring and guiding students in their academic growth, evaluating student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects, and participating in curriculum development and academic meetings. The faculty member is also expected to contribute to institutional academic and administrative activities.

Eligibility / Qualifications:

Post-Graduation in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Hospital Management or related discipline/ Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Science related subjects

Freshers are welcome; prior teaching or hospital experience is an added advantage

Required Skills:

Good communication and presentation skills

Basic knowledge of hospital systems and healthcare operations

Willingness to relocate as per institutional requirements.

Ability to explain concepts clearly to students

Willingness to learn and adapt in an academic environment

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on qualification and performance)
