Monitor faculty performance and ensure academic standards are maintained. Act as the primary point of contact for faculty-related concerns and issues. Academic Administration: Maintain faculty record and documentation. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Facilitate regular meetings with faculty for updates and improvements. Operations & Coordination: Coordinate with the management and operations teams to streamline academic functions. Support the planning and execution of academic events, workshops, and training programs. Ensure the maintenance of infrastructure and resources required for faculty and students. Handle student grievances related to academic delivery in coordination with relevant departments. Maintain and Update all Sheets as per the standards.
