Kohinoor Management School, Kohinoor Education Trust is looking for dedicated Academicians specializing in Finance to become part of their esteemed institution. The position available is for Associate Professor or Assistant Professor. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in various areas such as Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Derivatives, Corporate Finance, Accounting for Management, and Fintech. As a Finance Faculty member, your responsibilities will include conducting lectures and assessments, participating in research projects, engaging in consultancy and Management Development Programs (MDPs), mentoring students, contributing to the accreditations process, and any other academic administration tasks as required. To be eligible for this role, you should have a Master's degree in Finance or a Ph.D. in Management (Finance) from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in MBA/PGDM programs, with at least 3 years in a full-time teaching position. Industry experience in relevant fields is preferred, although candidates with 5 years of industry experience and a Master's degree are also encouraged to apply.
