Faculty – Business Environment & Economics

Chanakya Academy is inviting applications for a knowledgeable and dedicated Business Environment / Economics Faculty to teach BBA 1st Year students. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian and global business environment, economic policies, and macroeconomic concepts relevant to management education.Key Responsibilities

• Teach Business Environment & Policy and related Economics subjects to BBA students.
• Cover topics such as Indian economic environment, government policies, industrial environment, globalization, monetary & fiscal policies, and economic reforms.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, presentations, and assessment materials.
• Incorporate real-world business cases, policy updates, and industry examples in teaching.
• Evaluate student performance, maintain academic records, and guide students in analytical thinking.
• Participate actively in academic activities, department meetings, and student mentorship.

Qualifications Required

• MA Economics

or

• MBA (with strong knowledge of Business Environment/Economics)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong conceptual understanding of micro & macroeconomics, business policy, and the Indian economic system
• Ability to relate economic concepts to business scenarios and policy impacts
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
• Updated knowledge of current economic affairs and policy developments
• Ability to engage students and conduct interactive learning sessions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
